Terms and Conditions

By signing up, installing the Side Kick Dialer Chrome extension, or using any part of the service at sidekickdial.com ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Side Kick Dialer provides a Chrome extension and web dashboard that helps insurance agents dial their own leads from the Impact system. The Service includes call management, number purchasing, voicemail drops, SMS messaging, calendar booking, and related features.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account by emailing support@sidekickdial.com.

Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are charged through our payment processor, Stripe, and are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for all charges associated with your account, including phone number rentals, per-minute call charges, and messaging fees.

The Service may require you to add funds to a wallet before placing calls or sending messages. Telephony usage is deducted from your wallet at rates shown in-app. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance to support your dialing activity.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including telemarketing and do-not-call regulations. You may not:

• Use the Service to call numbers you are prohibited from contacting.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or mislead any person.
• Resell, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Interfere with the operation of Impact or any third-party service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and any other applicable federal, state, or local laws. You are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent before contacting leads.

All software, designs, text, graphics, and other content provided by Side Kick Dialer are the property of Side Kick Dialer or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Twilio, Stripe, Google Calendar, and BlueBubbles. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective provider's terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, rate changes, or actions taken by third-party providers.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or create risk for us or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calls will connect at any specific time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Side Kick Dialer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Side Kick Dialer and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Ohio.
