Privacy Policy

Side Kick Dialer is a Chrome extension and web dashboard that lets insurance agents dial their own leads from the Impact system. This policy covers both the extension and the dashboard at sidekickdial.com.

• Account details — your name, email address and phone number, provided when you create an account or sign in with Google.
• Outbound phone numbers — the numbers you purchase or verify for use as caller ID.
• Call records — for each dial: the lead name and number shown on your Impact screen, which of your numbers placed the call, the start and end time, the duration, whether it was answered, and the disposition you select.
• Dialing sessions — when a session starts and ends, and its total dial count and talk time.
• Local settings — your dialing mode, agent phone, caller ID choice and auto-dial delay, stored in your browser only.

• The extension does not record or store call audio.
• We do not read, collect or transmit the contents of pages you browse. The extension runs only on your Impact site and reads only the lead name and phone numbers on the lead screen you have open.
• We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Desktop calling needs microphone access so your voice reaches the lead. Audio streams directly between your browser and our telephony provider for the duration of the call and is not saved by us.

Account details, phone numbers, sessions and call records are stored in our managed database and are readable only by your own signed-in account. Calls are placed through Twilio, which processes the phone numbers involved in order to connect the call and keeps its own call logs under its privacy terms.

We keep call and session history for as long as your account is active so you can review your own performance. To export or permanently delete your account and all associated records, email support@sidekickdial.com and we will action the request within 30 days.

• Access to your Impact site — to read the current lead and show the dialer panel on the page.
• Storage — to remember your settings and signed-in session.
• Offscreen — to hold the call audio in the background so it survives page changes.
• Tabs and scripting — to place the dialer panel into the tab you are working in.
